San Francisco Single Family Homes Market Update – March 2015
Welcome to March’s San Francisco Single Family Homes Market Update.
The number of active listings was down 16% from one year earlier and down 15% from the previous month.
The median listing price for the month was $950 thousand, while the median sales price was $1.25 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 16%. The number of units sold decreased 2% year-over-year and increased 38% month-over-month.
