Noe Valley Market Update – June 2015
Welcome to June’s Noe Valley Market Update.
The number of active listings was down 9% from one year earlier and up 25% from the previous month.
The median listing price for the month was just over $2.1 million, while the median sales price was just under $2.2 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 18%. The number of units sold decreased 36% year-over-year and decreased over 12% month-over-month.
