Inner Mission Market Update – June 2015
Welcome to June’s Inner Mission Market Update.
The number of active listings was down 5% from one year earlier and was up 11% from the previous month.
As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.05 million, while the median sales price was just under $1 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold went down 7%. The number of units sold increased 125% year-over-year and increased 5% month-over-month.
