Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update – April 2015

Welcome to April’s Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update.

The number of active listings was down 50% from one year earlier and was down 38% from the previous month.

As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $950 thousand, while the median sales price was just over $1.4 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold went down 50%. The number of units sold decreased 26% year-over-year and held steady month-over-month.
