Welcome to this month’s Market Update. The number of active listings was down 52% from one year earlier, and down 39% from the previous month. The median listing price for the month was just under $900,000. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 14%. The median sale price was $950,000. The number of units sold decreased 35% year over year, and decreased 39% month over month.
