San Francisco Single Family Homes Market Update – March 2018
The number of active listings was down 37% from one year earlier and down 16% from the previous month.
As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just over $1.6 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.7 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 32%. The number of units sold increased 9% year-over-year and increased 81% month-over-month.
