San Francisco Single Family Homes Market Update – January 2018

The number of active listings was down 37% from one year earlier and up 36% from the previous month.

As you can see, the median listing price for the month was $1.5 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.35 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 27%. The number of units sold decreased 16% year-over-year and decreased 39% month-over-month.
