San Francisco Single Family Homes Market Update – April 2018

The number of active listings was down 29% from one year earlier and down 12% from the previous month.

As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.6 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.7 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 21%. The number of units sold decreased 9% year-over-year and increased 7% month-over-month.
