San Francisco Single Family Homes Market Update – June 2015
The number of San Francisco single family home listings was down 25% from one year earlier and down 5% from the previous month.
The median listing price for the month was just over $1.15 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.35 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 7%. The number of units sold increased 5% year-over-year and held steady month-over-month.
