San Francisco Single Family Homes Market Update – July 2015

The number of San Francisco single family home listings was down 24% from one year earlier and down 5% from the previous month.

The median listing price for the month was just under $1.05 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.3 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 10%. The number of units sold decreased 3% year-over-year and increased 3% month-over-month.
