San Francisco Single Family Homes – March 2019

Welcome to this month’s Market Update. The number of active listings was down 7% from one year earlier, and up 25% from the previous month. The median listing price for the month was just under $1.6 million. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 23%. The median sale price was just under $1.4 million. The number of units sold increased 4% year over year, and decreased 37% month over month.
