San Francisco Single Family Homes – July 2018

Welcome to this month’s Market Update. The number of active single family home listings was down 24% from one year earlier, and down 16% from the previous month. The median listing price for the month was just under $1.4 million. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 19%. The median sale price was just under $1.7 million. The number of units sold decreased 10% year over year, and decreased 19% month over month.
