Noe Valley Market Update – August 2015
Welcome to August’s Noe Valley Market Update.
The number of active listings was down 50% from one year earlier and down 30% from the previous month.
The median listing price for the month was just over $1.7 million, while the median sales price was just under $2.4 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 17%. The number of units sold decreased 11% year-over-year and decreased more than 50% month-over-month.
