Welcome to May’s Inner Mission Market Update. The number of active listings was down 27% from one year earlier and down 32% from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.2 million, while the median sales price was $1.40 million. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was decreased by 11%. The number of units sold increased 78% year-over-year and held steady month-over-month.
