Welcome to June’s Inner Mission Market Update. The number of active listings was down 69% from one year earlier and down 58% from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $900k, while the median sales price was just under $1.25 million. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was decreased by 15%. The number of units sold increased 31% year-over-year and decreased 6% month-over-month.
