Inner Mission Real Estate – January 2018
Welcome to January’s Inner Mission Market Update. The number of active listings was down 69% from one year earlier and did not change from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.12 million, while the median sales price was $1.6 million. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 183%. The number of units sold decreased 67% year-over-year and decreased 73% month-over-month.
