Welcome to February’s Inner Mission Market Update. The number of active listings was down 62% from one year earlier and down 29% from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just over $1.15 million, while the median sales price was $980k. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 17%. The number of units sold decreased 33% year-over-year and increased 100% month-over-month.
