Welcome to December’s Inner Mission Market Update. The number of active listings was down 79% from one year earlier and down 71% from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just over $967.2K, while the median sales price was just over $1.11 million. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 30%. The number of units sold decreased 15% year-over-year and increased nearly 8% month-over-month.
