Inner Mission Market Update – October 2015
Welcome to October’s Inner Mission Market Update.
The number of active listings was down 7% from one year earlier and was down 12% from the previous month.
As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just over $950,000, while the median sales price was just under $1.1 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold went up 10%. The number of units sold decreased 7% year-over-year and increased 17% month-over-month.
