Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update – September 2015
Welcome to September’s Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update.
The number of active listings was down 26% from one year earlier and did not change from the previous month.
As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just over $1.25 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.25 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was did not change. The number of units sold decreased 33% year-over-year and decreased 50% month-over-month.
