Welcome to May ‘s Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update. The number of active listings was down 47% from one year earlier and down 39% from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.40 million, while the median sales price was  over $1.6 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 14%. The number of units sold increased 22% year-over-year and increased 47% month-over-month.
