Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update – March 2018

Welcome to March ‘s Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update. The number of active listings was down 41% from one year earlier and down 6% from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.30 million, while the median sales price was just over $1.6 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 41%. The number of units sold decreased 12% year-over-year and increased 40% month-over-month.
