Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update – December 2017

Welcome to December’s Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update. The number of active listings was down 91% from one year earlier and down 80% from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.28 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.47 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 21%. The number of units sold was consistent year-over-year and decreased 32% month-over-month.
