Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update – March 2015

Welcome to March’s Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update.

The number of active listings was down 53% from one year earlier and was down 10% from the previous month.

As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.05 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.35 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold went down 50%. The number of units sold increased 117% year-over-year and decreased 28% month-over-month.
