This is a ground-floor apartment in a lived-in Victorian home. Our family lives upstairs with two small dogs, so you may hear us moving around or barking. The home settles down by around 9pm, and our bedrooms are two levels above yours. The apartment receives moderate natural light, and the bedroom windows face the neighboring driveway rather than an open street view.
Street parking is available in the neighborhood; please do not block the driveway.
