Explore the Neighborhood
1607 Linda Mar Boulevard sits near the inland end of Linda Mar Boulevard in Pacifica, a small coastal city on the Peninsula just south of San Francisco. The hills of San Pedro Valley Park rise just beyond the neighborhood, Ortega Elementary School is about 0.7 mile away, and Pacifica State Beach is about 1.8 miles down the boulevard.
Everyday errands are close. About 0.3 mile away, the small shopping center at Terra Nova and Oddstad has Sun Valley Fine Food, a neighborhood market with a butcher counter, and Upper Crust Deli for sandwiches and breakfast, with the Pacifica Sanchez Library nearby. Farther down Linda Mar Boulevard, Luigi's serves pizza and pasta, and Beach Monkey Organic Cafe is the spot for coffee and açaí bowls. Near the beach, the Linda Mar Shopping Center has a Safeway along with Must Be Dumpling, Beach Boba, and The Açaí Spot. At the south end of the beach, Soul Grind Coffee Roasters roasts its own beans, High Tide Cafe & Crêperie does breakfast and crêpes, and Humble Sea Brewing has a taproom and kitchen. Puerto 27 serves Peruvian food with an ocean view, next to the Pacifica Beach Hotel.
Parks and Recreation
San Pedro Valley Park: a 1,052-acre county park with hiking trails, picnic areas, a visitor center, and a seasonal waterfall
Sanchez Dog Park, about 0.4 mile away, with separate areas for large and small dogs
Sanchez Art Center, about 0.4 mile away, with galleries and artist studios
Pacifica State Beach, about 1.8 miles away, a popular beach for beginning surfers, with a trail along the beachfront
