Welcome to this month’s Market Update. The number of active listings was down 35% from one year earlier, and down 13% from the previous month. The median listing price for the month was $1.3 million. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 17%. The median sale price was $1 million. The number of units sold increased 38% year over year, and increased 38% month over month.
