Inner Mission Real Estate – September 2016
Welcome to September’s Inner Mission Market Update. The number of active listings was down 19% from one year earlier and down 11% from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1 million, while the median sales price was just over $1 million. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 19%. The number of units sold increased 33% year-over-year and increased 45% month-over-month.
