Inner Mission Real Estate – October 2017
Welcome to October’s Inner Mission Market Update. The number of active listings was down 52% from one year earlier and down 33% from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.15 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.25 million. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 3%. The number of units sold was consistent year-over-year and increased nearly 125% month-over-month.
