Welcome to May’s Inner Mission Market Update.
The number of active listings was up 12% from one year earlier and up 17% from the previous month.
As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1 million, while the median sales price was $1.15 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 71%. The number of units sold decreased 57% year-over-year and decreased 52% month-over-month.
