Inner Mission Market Update – May 2015
Welcome to May’s Inner Mission Market Update.
The number of active listings was down 21% from one year earlier and was down 12% from the previous month.
As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just over $1 million, while the median sales price was just over $950,000.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold went up 17%. The number of units sold increased 15% year-over-year and decreased 29% month-over-month.
