Inner Mission Real Estate Market Update – November 2015
Welcome to November’s Inner Mission Market Update.
The number of active listings was down 15% from one year earlier and was down 12% from the previous month.
As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $850,000, while the median sales price was $1.1 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold went up 45%. The number of units sold increased 25% year-over-year and increased 7% month-over-month.
