Inner Mission Real Estate – March 2017
Welcome to March’s Inner Mission Market Update. The number of active listings was down 24% from one year earlier and down 30% from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.3 million, while the median sales price was $1.1 million. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 19%. The number of units sold decreased 40% year-over-year and increased 25% month-over-month.
