Inner Mission Real Estate – January 2016
Welcome to January’s Inner Mission Market Update.
The number of active listings was down 38% from one year earlier and down 6% from the previous month.
As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.15 million, while the median sales price was just under $900,000.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold went up 72%. The number of units sold decreased 72% year-over-year and decreased 44% month-over-month.
