Inner Mission Real Estate – April 2017
Welcome to April’s Inner Mission Market Update. The number of active listings was down 36% from one year earlier and down 18% from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just over $1.4 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.05 million. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 22%. The number of units sold increased 25% year-over-year and decreased 6% month-over-month.
