My Roles as Your Real Estate Consultant | Danielle Lazier

As a top San Francisco real estate agent, I have four main roles when I work with a client. They are:

  • Real estate consultant
  • Negotiator
  • Project manager, and
  • Advocate

There is a lot of mystery when it comes to real estate and the functions of a real estate agent. Over the years, I've come to understand my roles in the process and would like to take some time to explain each to you. I wear a lot of "hats" and each is vital to achieving consistently stellar results along with an enjoyable experience for my clients. Understanding what is most important in a listing or purchase transaction has made me a successful agent and also earned me respect amongst my colleagues and the dearly appreciated repeat business and referrals from past clients.

As a intuitive consultant, I take the time up-front to ask you thoughtful questions so we can discover what is most important to you when buying or selling a home. Sometimes, I have to deliver difficult news or adjust expectations. I am always a straight shooter and my clients appreciate my kind, yet direct, communication.

As a skilled negotiator, I will treat your money as if it's my own. When it comes time to make or save you money, I am relentless. I utilize my years of experience selling hundreds of homes to create positive outcomes for my clients. Buyers get the right home for them, and sellers get the best possible return on their investment.

In my role as project manager, I organize and oversee all of the transactional details, which will save you time and make the process as efficient as possible. Most people don't realize how complicated a process it is to buy or sell a home. There are dozens upon dozens of  details that go into a real estate transaction and all must be executed quickly and without mistakes. My team and I handle the details so you can focus on what's important to you.

Your home is usually your most important asset, and you can rest assured that I will be a trusted advocate when dealing with your property. It is important to me that you succeed, and I am ready and able to aggressively defend my clients' needs whenever necessary.
