San Francisco Real Estate Video Update - June 2021

We’re overdue for a San Francisco real estate market update!

Things have been wild, wild, wild in this not-quite-post-COVID period. Real estate has seen a strong recovery, with the homes for sale inventory back down to pre-pandemic levels (or much much lower).

But with all that changed last year, the market still has things to figure out. For example, I believe there is pent up inventory, getting ready for release in the coming 12-24 months. Will that even out this  recovery?
