San Francisco Condominiums Market Update - May 2016

The number of active listings was up 31% from one year earlier and did not change from the previous month.

As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.1 million, while the median sales price was $1.1 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 9%. The number of units sold decreased 14% year-over-year and increased 12% month-over-month.
