Welcome to our latest real estate webinar on the San Francisco real estate market and mortgages!
As we all know, 2021 has been a whirlwind year across the board. In terms of real estate, sales have recovered from the pandemic slump and then some. From March through August of 2021 over 4,200 homes were sold, the highest of any 6 month period on record.
What’s in store for 2022? I’ve never claimed to own a crystal ball, but with the potential for higher interest rates we may be looking at a less chaotic year… or not.
Watch the webinar below for more on this, as well as a breakdown on current lending trends and tools with my friend and mortgage expert, Noah Fierro.
What are jumbo loans and how are more conservative lenders responding to post-pandemic life? How are rising interest rates going to affect adjustable-rate mortgages? Why is now (pretty much always) a good time to buy? We’ve got answers and are always open to any other questions you might have!
If you have a lending question for Noah, click here to view his loanDepot page and contact info.
And of course feel free to reach out to me any time! Okay, on with the show — I hope you find this helpful!
