Welcome to April's Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update. The number of active listings was down 41% from one year earlier and down 8% from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.40 million, while the median sales price was $1.5 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 52%. The number of units sold decreased 32% year-over-year and decreased 7% month-over-month.
