After 19+ years as a San Francisco Realtor® and broker-associate with various firms, I’m very excited to announce my own company, Vivre Real Estate, a boutique real estate brand dedicated to enhancing home life for home buyers and sellers in the Bay Area.
The past year has shown that life at home is a precious gift. Our homes are offices, classrooms, sanctuary and shelter, whether we’re surviving a pandemic or unwinding after a long day of work. I chose the name Vivre — a French verb meaning “to live and experience life” — to reflect our work at the intersection of life and real estate.
Our team is here to enhance your home life, through finding a new home you love or helping you enhance a home you want to sell. Our role remains first and foremost as your trusted real estate advisors, but I am thrilled to now have the added freedom and creative space to provide you, your friends, and your family with an elevated experience and even better results!
I built this company on nearly two decades of expertise and going on 800 transactions in our competitive market. Our team offers clients our authenticity, calm demeanor, strategic thinking, negotiation savvy, and of course, “joie de vivre”! We bring all of this and more to Vivre Real Estate, along with the attentive, collaborative service Danielle Lazier + Associates are known for.
In order to maintain the highest standard of technology, legal support, and forward-thinking, Vivre Real Estate has partnered with Side, the only real estate technology company that works exclusively with high-performing agents and teams to transform them into market-leading boutique brands and businesses. This empowers us to focus on the human element and provide our clients with the highest level of service. I’ve known the Side team for many years now (we actually go way back!) and am joining a network of impressive local, regional and national agents and independent, boutique real estate companies.
As I embark on my next 20 years of SF real estate, I feel even more grateful and blessed to have built a sustainable, successful real estate practice with the loyalty of our clients, friends and strategic partners.
