Welcome to this month’s Market Update. The number of active listings was up 39% from one year earlier, and up 14% from the previous month. The median listing price for the month was $1.5 million. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 283%. The median sale price was $1.3 million. The number of units sold decreased 50% year over year, and decreased 44% month over month.
