SELLERS REMAIN SQUARELY IN CONTROL OF THE BERNAL HEIGHTS REAL ESTATE MARKET.
Here are Bernal Heights highlights from the first half of 2015, compared to the same time period in 2014.
Great news for sellers! For the first half of 2015 (January through June), median prices were up 19% over the same time period as last year in 2014.
Prices are anticipated to continue their steady rise, yet gains are showing some signs of slowing ever so slightly (19% growth in the first half of 2015 compared to 21% and 23% in 2014 and 2013, respectively).
However, demand still outpaces supply as nearly all houses sold well over asking and received multiple offers.
We anticipate the median price per square foot for houses to reach $1,100 in the second half of 2015.
