Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update – September 2017
Welcome to September’s Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update. The number of active listings was down 36% from one year earlier and did not change from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.5 million, while the median sales price was $1.5 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 49%. The number of units sold decreased 12% year-over-year and increased 7% month-over-month.
