Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update – March 2016
Welcome to March’s Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update.
The number of active listings was up 6% from one year earlier and up 29% from the previous month.
As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1 million, while the median sales price was just over $1.6 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 6%. The number of units sold decreased 36% year-over-year and increased 50% month-over-month.
