Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update – January 2016
Welcome to January’s Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update.
The number of active listings was down 50% from one year earlier and up 67% from the previous month.
As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.4 million, while the median sales price was $1.1 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 110%. The number of units sold was consistent year-over-year and decreased 53% month-over-month.
