Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update – February 2017

Welcome to February’s Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update. The number of active listings was down 11% from one year earlier and down 11% from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.5 million, while the median sales price was just over $1.2 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 377%. The number of units sold increased 133% year-over-year and increased 75% month-over-month.
