Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update – February 2016

Welcome to February’s Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update.

The number of active listings was down 25% from one year earlier and did not change from the previous month.

As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.35 million, while the median sales price was just over $1.35 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 41%. The number of units sold decreased 67% year-over-year and decreased 14% month-over-month.
