Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update – August 2017
Welcome to August’s Bernal Heights Real Estate Market Update. The number of active listings was down 80% from one year earlier and down 70% from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.35 million, while the median sales price was just over $1.35 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold did not change. The number of units sold was consistent year-over-year and decreased 39% month-over-month.
