As the trusted real estate advisor for my clients, I understand that selling and/or buying a home is complex and deeply personal. There is also a lot at stake financially and personally. This perspective on the process and the responsibility felt towards my clients drives me to truly be an expert at the job. I understand the market, the players, and all of the variables involved in a real estate transaction. I want to make sure you feel supported and that you have a trusted advisor by your side.
As a seller, you want to effectively (and beautifully) market the home and then negotiate to secure the highest possible price and cleanest terms for the sale. As a buyer, you want a patient, yet assertive partner to help to buy the right home for you, at the best possible price. In other words, you want to make sure you don’t leave any money on the table. This is where our team steps in to partner with you as your consultant, negotiator and project manager.
In 2002, I launched my real estate career by creating and writing San Francisco’s first real estate blog, SFhotlist.com. My reputation amongst my peers is as a well-respected industry innovator and early adopter of social media and digital marketing for real estate. My team and I work hard to keep ahead of the curve, combining luxury home styling with technology and forward-thinking.
I’ve spent two decades excelling in the competitive landscape of San Francisco real estate and worked behind the scenes with hundreds of other real estate agents. My secret sauce, and the reason for the 5 star client reviews, is directness, transparency, stylish home staging and compelling listing marketing, expert negotiations, and the ability to keep people and deals on track — calmly and professionally. This ability is part natural instinct and part commitment to advanced, ongoing training and education. A lot of what agents do sound similar on paper. What varies (significantly) is how they do it and the resulting outcomes for their clients.
On a personal note, I care very deeply about my client’s individual situation, goals, and dreams. San Francisco real estate is exciting, challenging and often exhilarating. It’s not for the faint of heart!

Reared in the Tri-State Area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) and Dallas, Texas, I’m known for my combination of Southern charm and Northeastern tenacity. My sun sign is Gemini, my rising is Aquarius and my moon is in Virgo. In other words, I am straightforward yet forward thinking, super social yet down to earth, and absolutely no BS. I have a competitive spirit and like to win on behalf of my clients, but do so with a calm demeanor, polite manners, and always a smile.
I live in a San Francisco Victorian with a senior Pomeranian, twin monkeys (aka young children) and a good humored, supportive partner-in-crime. I’ve renovated homes, worked on development projects, and staged, marketed and sold ~ 1,000 homes for my clients. As an aspiring flâneuse, I am a good person to ask for food, wine, shopping and travel tips. In fact, I can’t wait to take you out to celebrate after the close of escrow!
I graduated from the Hockaday School in Dallas, TX and Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT with a degree in Latin American Studies and Government. It was a well-rounded liberal arts education that taught me to think critically. Side note: I was the President of our women’s rugby team too and played “second row”. (This will humor those of you familiar with rugby!)
In terms of real estate, our team is committed to lifelong learning. Our education is never complete. As a licensed Broker (as opposed to Salesperson), I continually invest time, money and thought into the latest sales, marketing and especially, negotiations techniques.
